Terms of Use
Licence
Oyvo is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms.
Oyvo Plus
Oyvo Plus is an auto-renewing subscription bought in the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. It renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Without Plus, Oyvo can be used free of charge up to an allowance.
Answers
Answers are written by an AI model. Live data such as weather, places, prices and rooms is looked up rather than guessed, and a lookup that fails is named under the answer. Answers can still be wrong: check what matters before you rely on it, especially times, prices and anything about health, law or money. Pictures on cards are photographs found by the words of the answer at Unsplash, Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons; they illustrate, they are not evidence of anything.
What Oyvo does on your behalf
Oyvo can open websites on its own server, fill in forms, read the mailbox you connect, use the services you connect (Jira, Notion, Slack, Linear, Asana, GitHub, Canva, a Google account, a Microsoft account, a tool server you add) and switch the lights, plugs and thermostats of your Apple Home, and it can send you notifications when something needs you. Before anything that orders, pays, books, subscribes or sends, it asks you, and it acts only after your yes. A write to a connected service, an issue filed or commented, a task completed, a page or design created, a mail sent, an event added, and every switch in your Home, happens only after you tap the button in the answer that carries it. Oyvo never unlocks a door, opens a garage or disarms an alarm. You are responsible for what you approve, and for using connected accounts and your Home in line with their own terms.
Bookings and trips
Hotel, flight and eSIM bookings are made with the provider through Oyvo's booking partner, LiteAPI. The price, the conditions and the cancellation terms shown before you book are the provider's, and they apply to the booking. A booking can be cancelled from a chat only while the provider's terms make that free at that moment; otherwise its own page in My trips shows the cost before you decide. The day plan under a booked trip is a suggestion the model writes from your bookings: it is not a booking, a ticket or a reservation, and the places and times in it are not confirmed with anyone. Changes you ask for change that plan and nothing else.
Shared answers
A link you share shows that answer, as the picture your phone drew of it, to anyone who has the link, for the time you chose, up to thirty days. You are responsible for what you share and for whom you give the link to; you can revoke it in the app.
Your data
How Oyvo handles your data is described in the privacy notice. You can erase everything, on your phone and on Oyvo's server, in Settings.
